Refund policy
As most of our items are made to measure (bespoke) we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on these products, except in instances where the error has been made by us. If you believe that an error has been made we urge you to contact us to discuss the problem. We will do all we can to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Small, Medium and Large standard sized Snoods are returnable, with the exception of wholesale items. Postage is non refundable and the customer is responsible for the return postage. Items will only be refunded if they are in a clean and unworn condition.
